This wonderful house in Belair is a cute one.
This house features a nice large open kitchen and dining area on one side with a good open living on the other side. Walking through the side door, there is a small terrace with steps that takes you down to the small back yard where you are able to sit down, here you can also have a nice barbecue or relax and unwind after that long day's work. When you walk down to the end, there is a small storage space underneath the porch above. Coming back up into the living area, a nice feature, is the toilet in the upper space of the house so you don't have to walk down every time.
Going down the stairs you have the first bedroom right in front of you, the master bedroom on the right and another good size bedroom on the left. The first room in the middle would be perfect for a child, a sitter or as walk-in closet or study room. Then the master bedroom on the right has nice large windows so enough light will come in. There is a small closet before you go in to the bathroom that has a full bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. On the other side of the lower floor there is the second biggest room with a solid closet with hanging space and shelves. The bathroom is right next to it and also features all you need with a shower, toilet and sink.
Opposite that bathroom there is a laundry area where you have the washing machine and some more storage space.
