What does a Real Estate Agent do at Keller Williams Sint Maarten?

A Real Estate Agent guides prospective home buyers, home sellers, and potential investors in making sound Real Estate Investment Decisions while ensuring that the process of purchasing, selling, or leasing their properties is as seamless and professional as possible. Real Estate Agents negotiate for their clients to ensure that they get the best possible price for their properties, get the transactions closed as quickly as possible, and ensure that the client's needs are met at the end of the transaction.

In our team, Real Estate Agents:

  • Lease, buy, or sell properties for clients.
  • Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
  • Involves agents who represent buyers in the relevant aspect of the transaction.
  • Living up to their fiduciary responsibility to their buyers by constantly learning about the Real Estate Industry, what your buyers are responding to, along with systems, trends, and models (present and emerging) to empower Agents in the Real Estate Industry
